U.S. Import Tariff and Survey Status

Hello,
We’ve received a few questions about the current U.S. import tariff situation and the survey, so we wanted to provide a quick update on where things stand.
The truth is, we don’t have a definitive solution yet regarding the new importing tariffs, but we’re optimistic. We say that because our production timeline means we still have a couple of months before Milo is ready to ship, and there’s a good chance the tariffs will revert to more manageable levels by then.
In the meantime, we’re closely monitoring the situation and exploring potential strategies to handle things if the current rates persist. That’s all we can say about that for now, but we’ll keep you informed as the situation develops, and we’ll share updates as soon as we have more info.
Now, let’s talk about that survey that was supposed to arrive last month so we could start collecting shipping addresses. Well, the program we signed up for turned out to be a bit of a headache… that’s putting it mildly. Thankfully, Kickstarter just launched it’s own Pledge Manager program yesterday, so we’re going to sign up for that and get those surveys back on track, natively through Kickstarter.

Milo Figure Update + Order Management Info

Hey everyone,
Just a quick update on the Milo figure. The adjustments to the hands and accessories to improve grip and handling are done, and the factory seems to think they’re good to go. Now, we’re just waiting on the updated samples to arrive so we can test them out and make sure everything is solid before moving forward.
Also, a quick heads-up: a third-party service will be reaching out soon to help manage logistics for your order. Please keep this in mind so you don’t mistake it for spam or a scam when they contact you. We're using their services to ensure your shipping address is always up to date, and if you ordered a t-shirt, they’ll confirm your size(s).
They may also ask if you’d like to add another figure, t-shirt, or sticker pack to your order — just in case you want to grab some extra goodies for yourself or a friend. No pressure, just an option if you’re interested.

Fine tuning

Hi everyone,
Apologies for the radio silence. The factory we’re working with was closed for almost a month for Chinese New Year, so there hasn’t been much to report.
Before their holiday started, we submitted some last-minute adjustments to the figure’s hands and accessories to improve grip and handling. Now that the factory is open again, we’re back to working on those changes and awaiting new pieces for testing.
Aside from that, it’s mostly about fine-tuning and making sure everything meets our standards.

Thanks to your incredible support, our campaign is officially funded!
We’re beyond grateful for each and every one of you who has pledged so far.
And if that wasn’t exciting enough — we’re less than $600 away from unlocking our first Stretch Goal.
What’s a Stretch Goal, you ask?
